Give your fee earners a confident LinkedIn voice.
A single session that replaces uncertainty with purpose — and gives your people a clear reason to use LinkedIn from that day forward.
What gets in the way
Most lawyers know LinkedIn matters. Very few feel confident about what to post, who to connect with, or how to describe what they do without sounding like a CV. The problem isn't knowledge of the platform — it's having something worth saying, to someone specific.
Platform Anxiety
Uncertainty about what's appropriate to post produces inaction. Fee earners draft posts, delete them, and conclude that LinkedIn isn't for them — when the real issue is direction, not confidence.
Shouting Into the Void
Posting without a clear audience or purpose generates little response — which confirms the belief that LinkedIn doesn't work for lawyers. It becomes a self-fulfilling cycle.
What a CubeSocial Lunch & Learn does differently
We start with the question that underlies every effective LinkedIn presence: who do you want to talk to, and about what? From there, everything else follows — what to post, how to frame the profile, who to connect with, and why.
The session is run by Linda, who brings both commercial communication expertise and a warm, direct style that helps people move quickly from "I don't know what to say" to a clear sense of direction.
- Value proposition — what you actually do, for whom, and why it matters to them
- Profile as proposition — reframing your LinkedIn profile around your client, not your CV
- What to post — content strategy built on expertise, not news and announcements
- Purposeful connection — who to add and why, without the awkward cold outreach
- 30-day action plan — each participant leaves with three concrete things to do
Who it's for
The Lunch & Learn works well for groups of 6–20 fee earners, practice group teams, or a mix of associates and senior associates. It's particularly effective as an introduction for people who have a LinkedIn profile but have never used it with intention.
For partners and senior fee earners who want to go deeper, the Lunch & Learn pairs well with follow-up 1:1 coaching sessions.

HR Manager Learning & Development, UK regional law firmThe session changed how our partners and associates think about LinkedIn entirely. Instead of a checkbox exercise, they now see it as a genuine business development tool. I've already had three requests for 1:1 coaching sessions to take this further.
