Make your partners visible in the markets that matter.

A structured programme that builds a consistent, purposeful LinkedIn presence across your partnership — raising the firm's profile in the right markets, not just on a feed.

Visibility at firm level, not just individual level

When only two or three partners are active on LinkedIn, the firm's presence in the market is driven by whoever happens to post — not by strategic intent. Individual coaching helps individuals. The Partner Visibility Program changes the firm's footprint.

The Two-Partner Problem

A firm that relies on a handful of active partners for its LinkedIn presence is one sabbatical away from digital silence in its key practice areas and markets.

Presence Without Coordination

Uncoordinated individual activity produces a fragmented picture of the firm — different messages, different audiences, no coherent story about what the firm stands for.

How the programme works

The Partner Visibility Program runs over eight to twelve weeks with a cohort of 6–12 partners. It combines group workshops with individual coaching sessions — so partners benefit from shared learning and peer accountability, while the 1:1 coaching ensures the work is specific to each person's practice and client relationships.

  • Week 1–2: Value proposition workshop — group session establishing the "who do you want to talk to, and about what?" foundation for each participant
  • Week 3–4: Profile rewrite — 1:1 coaching to rebuild each partner's LinkedIn profile around their ideal client
  • Week 5–6: Content strategy — group session on what to post, how often, and how to post as a firm voice without losing individual personality
  • Week 7–8: Implementation and habit — partners post with accountability support; peer group provides feedback
  • Week 9–12: Consolidation — optional 1:1 check-ins and group reflection; establishing sustainable habits

What the programme produces

At the end of the programme, every participating partner has a professionally written LinkedIn profile, a personal content strategy, and an established posting habit. At firm level, the result is a coordinated, consistent presence in the practice areas and markets the firm has identified as strategic.

Partners who complete the programme also become internal advocates — they understand why LinkedIn matters to the firm's business development strategy, and they can articulate that to colleagues who haven't yet engaged.

Linda delivered LinkedIn training across several offices for a wide range of needs — not easy, but Linda was extremely flexible and we've seen a definite increase in meaningful activity on LinkedIn since her sessions. Linda's approach of starting with who you want to talk to completely changed how our partners think about the platform.
